  • We start by sending you worksheets and questionnaires to help us understand
    where you are within your planning process
  • At 45 daze out... we contact all your vendors and introduce ourselves as their Day-Of point of contact and gather all pertinent information regarding to their needs.
  • We'll coordinate all the moving parts with the Venue contact
  • Timelines. The key to success! We will develop your timeline for every person, every role,
    in every location, from beginning to end of your entire adventure.
  • On site throughout the entire Day-Of
  • Ceremony assistance | walking orders | music cues | personal items
  • We will be onsite at your venue to meet & greet your vendors
    make sure they are fulfilling your requests and expectations
    and be there to answer any last minute questions
  • We'll detail the Reception space before your guests arrive 
  • We will distribute Vendor payments + Thank-You cards
  • We load your gifts and personal items at the end of the night
